Senator Robert Bunda- Wahiawa, Mililani, North Shore

Senator Shan Tsutsui - Wailuku Maui
808-586-7344
Shan was a surprise to us, he signed on to co sponsor the Bill for the exemption for bar Owners. At least there are some reasonable law makers from the Island of Maui. Do your thing and show this man the Aloha and respect that he has shown you.

Representative Alex Sonson- Pearl City, Waipahu
808-586-6520
Alex gets our support and should have yours as well. His staff is delightful and was on the ball when it was time for us to have a sitdown Chat with their boss. He has listened with an open mind and open Heart and believes in your rights to freedom over the governments right to tryanny. We are proud to annouce that Alex will be running against the dreadful Clarence Nishihara. You folks in Waipahu, heads up, you actually can deliver extreme payback by supporting Alex. Its the right thing to do.

Representative Joe Souki

808-586-9444
Joe has been very supportive. He took the time to listen to what the actual effects this drastic law was causing. Like many lawmakers, he had no idea that the results would be so devastating. Only wise men can see when a mistake has been made, check their egos at the door, and make appropriate changes in opinion and action. Joe is one of the many converts. His staff has been so incredibly nice, helpful and supportive as well. He supports your freedom of Choice. Now thats a change of mind that we can all live with. Please support him in his upcoming election.
Representative James Tokioka
Lihue, Koloa
808-586-6270
James is also empathically in support of a revision and or tweaking to the current law. We are hopeful that he will take it upon himself to run against his fellow islander Hoosier. That would be something we could all cheer about. And he would have our full support. Please give him yours as well.
Representative Glenn Wakai
Moanalua Valley, Moanalua, Salt Lake
808-586-6220
Glenn we must say has one of the friendliest offices in the big square castle. I always look forward to their smiling faces and their true Aloha Spirit just shines through. He was one of the first to sit down with us, hear our concerns, and decide that indeed, something had to be done about it. Please support him come election time.
Representative Sharon Har
Royal Kunia, Makakilo, Kapolei
808-586-8500
Sharon is truly the firecracker freshman in the Capitol. With a no nonsense attitude, she quickly dug in to fixing this abomination that she had no part in passing in the first place. She is a strong supporter of your right to freedom of choice and a business owners right to servicing whichever clientele they decide to cater to.

Sweep them out or smoke them out, your choice...![]()
A resounding thumbs down to:
We recommend placing a call and voicing your displeasure with these offenders of your rights!
Those Legislators who are Against you:
Senator Rosalyn Baker - Maui
808-586-6070
She is responsible for introducing the current smoking ban law. Those who love freedom and personal responsibility as an entitled right as an American Citizen, need to vote this Nanny State Loving, Freedom of choice denying, governmental intrusion perpetrator, right out of office!
Senator Gary Hooser- Island of Kauai...
808-586-6030
It time you good folks on the Garden Island voted this man out of office. He was responsible for the nefarious SB 2408 Which bans smoking in public Housing. He didn't even have the decency to show up at the hearing. He avoided facing the public to answer for this abomination of legislation.
Senator David Ige- Pearl City
808-586-6230
He is solely responsible for killing SB 2792 and SB 1970 last year, the exemption for Bar Owners... After listening to Hundreds of testimonies over the past year and a half in support of this common-sense measure, he decided to just kill the bill and disregard the publics input. This tyrannical style of disenfranchising the public from legislative decision making has got to stop. Boot his Butt out in November, and tell him, on no uncertain terms, to KISS All our ASHES...
Senator Clarence Nishihara- Waipahu
808586-6970
Don't let that grandfatherly image fool you. This man made it a point to speak out against your freedom of choice at the Senate Floor Hearing last may. He acknowledged the fact that the SHS issue was looking overblown, but decided to tow the party line instead of using his brain and common sense to do something worthwhile, and make some adjustments to this draconic version of the current smoking ban. With his lifetime experience, which is considerable, he chooses to deny the obvious truth that SHS does not harm Healthy People, he has had a lifetime to witness the shibai of the recent claims that there is "no safe level of exposure to SHS". This is one grandpa that gotta go...
Senator Colleen Hanabusa- Nanakuli-Makaha
808-586-7793
She has definitely got to go people. She has orchestrated the failure of these common sense business-wise bills, at every turn. She has no regard for a business owners rights to freedom concerning his own private property. Her tyrannical handling of last session floor amendment was classic cronyism. Show her "sweep ash" the door. folks!
Senator J. Kalani English
E. Maui, Molokai, Lanai
808-587-7225
Known for his unrelenting assault on smokers rights, he co-sponsored legislation that in effect has made prisoners in their homes of smokers who live in public housing. He even wanted it banned within their personal dwelling space. Sweep him out!
Senator Carol Fukunaga
Makiki, Pawa'a
808-586-6890
This one leaves me with a heavy heart. At the hearing of SB2792, she sat there and let this bill die. Her response when questioned after the hearing, as she seemed to be leaning toward a compromise, was "Oh it's okay, it's still alive in the house", but that bill had already been killed, via no hearing what so ever. This kind of complacency that someone else will do it is not acceptable. She should have stood up to the chair and requested a vote on the issue, instead of allowing Ige, his cowardly and predictable deferral of the bill. This way, they do not have to go on record with their stance on the issue.
Senator Fred Hemmings
Kailua, Waimanalo, Hawaii Kai
808-587-8388
In Hearing of SB2408 Public housing smoking ban, Senator Hemmings showed his true colors. He insisted that I did not have a right, to call the legislation on their right, to invade personal dwelling space in regards to a smoking ban in public housing. You see, it appears, that in his eyes, if the government is providing you with housing, they have every right to enforce what ever policies they choose. Very un-American, sir. Your arrogance at the hearing and off the cuff remarks were very telling, indeed.
